There will be a coffee break and a lunch break so you will need sandwiches and a flask.  Please make sure you have adequate water with you, especially during hot weather.

(2) THE PRESIDENT’S WALK, THE HOWGILLS FROM A DISTANCE - 8.4 Miles
Cars to the layby just before New Bridge over the River Rawthey on the Hawes road (A684) out of Sedbergh.Nearest postcode LA10 5JL GR SD 664 920.
Walk: River Rawthey, High Oaks, River Lune, Lune Viaduct, Sedbergh & return

(3) HEAPY HIKE - 7.5 Miles
MP Lodge Bank Road by Brinscall Baths GR SD 627 215
Heapy, White Coppice, and Wheelton Plantation

(4) A TURTON ROUND – 6 Miles
Meet at Turton Tower car park: GR SD 732 151; BL7 0HG A walk in the area

Walk: Harden Clough, Black Lane Ends, Jerusalem Farm, Kelbrook Moor and return.

Canal Path, Withnell Fold, Ollerton Fold, Stanworth Farm, return via canal path.

Park in Malham Village. Meet outside Buck Inn.SD 901 628.

(2) TOWNLEY ROUND - THE BURNLEY WAY – 9.5 Miles

Walk: Townley Hall, Mereclough, Hurstwood, Sneddon Clough, Long Causeway, Holmes Chapel, Burnley Way to Walk Mill and return
