(4) ‘TWIXT BELMONT AND DELPH – 5.5 Miles
Meet at the Belmont Bull, now closed. GR SD 674 162. BL7 8AJ. Park on streets nearby.
Walk – Belmont Reservoir, Higher Whittaker, Stones Bank, Walmsley Chapel, Delph Reservoir, return.

Walk – Riverside footpath, Greenhalgh Castle farm, Delph Lane, North Toppings Woods and return.
(4) DUNHAM MASSEY by rail and tram – 6 Miles
Meet at Bolton Station (on platform) to catch 9.54 train to Deansgate and then to Gmex Metro tram stop for 10.09 to travel to Navigation Road (free with pass).
Walk – Bridgewater Canal, Woodhouse, Dunham Park, Denzell Gardens, The Downs, Altrincham Metrolink for return.
