Christmas Lunch Walk 🎄
All walks start from Egerton Cricket club, Blackburn Road, BL7 9TH. GR SD 7076 1516 (Please note: new venue) and will be followed by a pre-booked lunch in the club. See newsletter for booking details.

Walk – Dimple, Longworth Clough, Stones Bank and return.
(3 & 4) Start at 10.30am – 5 miles

(2) Over The Mosses – 9 miles
Cars to Bents Garden Centre, Warrington Road, Glazebury, WA3 5NT. Park at the rear near to Click and Collect. GR SD 672 978.
Walk – Windy Bank wood, Light Oaks Hall, Four lanes end, Astley Moss, Bridgewater canal, Garden Centre.
(3) A stroll around Bolton – 7 miles
Meet & park Cotton Kier, Eagley Brook Way, BL1 8TS. Turn off Blackburn Road at McDonalds. Destination on left at roundabout.
Walk – Bank Topp, Eagley, Dunscar, Smithills and return.
(4) Downhill All The Way – 5 miles
Meet at Bolton Bus Station, Stand E in time to catch 10.25a.m Bury bus (480) to Affetside.
Walking from Affetside through Turton Bottoms, Jumbles and Bradshaw Brook. The walk will finish in Bradshaw where there are buses back to Bolton every few minutes.

All walks start and end at Edgworth Cricket club / The Barlow, Edgworth, BL7 0AP, GR SD 742 166, and will be followed by a pasty and mulled wine in the cricket club. No need to book.
