Walk – Stydd lane, Huntingdon Hall, Spire Hill, return.
(2) Creamy Lancashire – 9 miles
Cars to Whitaker Park lower Car Park, Haslingden road, Rawtenstall. Nearest postcode BB4 6RE, GR SD 805 226.
Walk – Cribden End, Bonfire Hill, Clough Fold and return.
(3) Alkrington Woods and Historic Middleton – 6 miles
Meet and park at public car park opposite Kings Drive, Middleton, M24 4FB.
Walk – A walk in the area.
(4) Duxbury Woods – 5.5 miles approx
Meet and park at Yarrow Bridge Pub, Bolton Road, Chorley, PR7 4AB.
Walk – Duxbury Woods, valley, canal, finishing in pub for refreshments.

(1) A Walk from Over Kellet – 12 miles
Meeting place park at the Green at Over Kellet. SD 524 700.
Walk – Capenwray, Priest Hutton, Coat Green, Burton-in-Kendal, Lancaster Canal, Borwick, Over Kellet.
(2) Pendle Hill and Reservoirs – 8 miles
Cars to: Barley Village Car park, Barley Road. Charge for car park. BB12 9JX, GR SD 823 403.
Walk – Ogden Reservoir, Boar Clough, Pendle Summit, Black Moss Reservoir, White Hough centre and return.
(3) Knowle Hill – 800 ft ascent – 6.5 miles
Meet and park at OL12 7TY, opposite Ashworth Moor Reservoir but not in the pub car park.
Walk – Ashworth Moor Reservoir, Greenbooth Reservoir and Knowle Hill.
(4) Lostock Circular – 5 miles
Meet and park at Regent Park Golf Club, Chorley New Road, Bolton. BL6 4AF.
Walk – BWFC Academy, High Rid, Doffcocker, Middlebrook Way. Refreshments in the clubhouse later.
(5) A Wayoh Wander – 2.5/3 miles
Park and meet at The Black Bull pub, Edgworth Bolton Road, Edgworth, BL7 0AF.
Walk – Around the Wayoh. Optional lunch in the Black Bull or The Barlow.

(2) Hidden Treasures of Sunderland Point – 8 miles
Cars to public car park, opposite The Globe at the end of Main St in Overton, just before the causeway to Sunderland Point. LA3 3HFG, GR SD 433 579.
Walk – Bazil Point, Overton, Sunderland Point, and return via Potts Corner. A mixture of roads, fields and pebbly shoreline paths.
(3) Time Travelling – Backwards – 6.5 miles
Meet and street parking outside The Ranken Arms, Queen Street, Hoddlesden, BB3 3LY. Grid Ref 717223.
Walk – Shorrocks Fold, Bank Fold, Waterside, Pot House, Harwood Farm.
(4) Wandering in Edgworth – 5 miles
Meet and park at The Barlow, Bolton Road, Edgworth. BL7 0AP.
Walk – Quarlton, Birches Road, Sandy Bank, Brandwood Fold, Wayoh Reservoir, return via The Folds.

(1) A Hill with a View – 10.5 miles
Meeting place car park by Lakeside Café, Ball Grove Drive, Colne, BB8 7HY, SD 909 404.
Walk – Along Colne Water, The Atom, Pendle and Brontë Ways, Boulsworth Hill, return through Trawden.
(2) Two Waterfalls, Two Caves, Hippos and Elephants – 8.5 miles
Cars to Greenfoot car park, Settle. Turn right just after the Falcon Manor Hotel and follow the road round. BD24 9RW. GR SD 820 634.
Walk – Settle, Stainforth Force, Catrigg Force, Jubilee Cave, Victoria Cave, and return.
(3) Singing Ringing Tree – 7 miles
Meet and park at Clowbridge Reservoir disused car park on A682, BB11 5PF. SD 823 279. Look for Rossendale Sailing Club signs to car park, Manchester Road, Dunnockshaw.
Walk – Meadow Head, Rossendale Way, White Hill, Crown Point. Singing Ringing Tree and return.
(4) ‘Plodding the Lines’ – 5 miles approx
Meet and park next to Peter and Joan's house, at the far end of Oakleigh Avenue/Bishops Road, Bolton. BL3 2ES.
Walk – Glenside, Will Hill, brook, Bolton Royal, golf club, dismantled railway lines, leading us all the way back, followed by a drink in a nearby pub “Southfields”.
