Up ‘t’ Plunge! – 6.5 miles

Walk – Sheep Hey, Plunge Valley, Hey Meadows, Stronstry.

Historic Halls and a brook – 8 miles
Meet and park on the cobbled road leading to the Van Leeuwen factory, off Crompton Way. Please park on one side of the road Postcode: BL1 8TY. GR: 7214 1145.
Walk – Eagley Brook, Turton golf club, Turton Tower, Hall ith’ wood.
27th April
The Scarecrows of Wray – 5-6 miles
PLEASE NOTE: 12.00 noon start
Meet and park at Bridge House Cafe. LA2 8QP GR: 605 677. The entrance is just over the stone bridge on the left-hand side. Car sharing will leave The Watermillock on Crompton Way at 10.30am.
Walk – This walk combines a walk through the village of Wray and the well known, amazing scarecrow display. Following this, walk through the village, River Hindburn, Back Lane, Hornby Castle and Hornby. There is a lot of history in this area to enjoy.
