Meet and park on Mill Lane car park, off Dicconson Road, Aspull, WN2 1RD. GR SD 628074.
Walk – Borsdane Wood, Taylor Farm, Yates Farm, Stanley Nook.
13th August
Tandle Hill (1pm start) – 7 miles
Meet and park at Mills Hill railway station, M24 2EH. GR SD 887060. Park on road nearby OR by Rail: Catch Rochdale train from Bromley Cross (12.09), Bolton (12.17), Manchester (12.41), Mills Hill (12.54).
Walk – Circular walk, Mills Hill, Chadderton Hall Park, Oldham Way, Tandle Hill, Rochdale Canal, Rose of Lancaster pub.

Withnell and Roddlesworth – 6/7 miles
Meet and park on Lodge Bank Road, Brinscall PR6 8QU.
Walk – Withnell nature reserve, Roddlesworth reservoir, return via Withnell quarry.
27th August
A walk and a Carvery! – 7 miles
Meet and park in the overflow car park at Bowling Green pub on A49 Charnock Richard, PR7 5LA. GR SD 553168.
Walk – A walk in the area followed by a carvery meal, if you would like!
