Meet and park at the very rear of the Last Drop Village, Hospital Rd, BL7 9PZ.
Walk – Turton tower, Turton Bottoms, Chapeltown, Moorland and return. Some inclines, no stiles.

The Church that moved! – 6.5 miles
Meet and park opposite the Holden Arms pub, Helmshore, junction of Grane Road and Holcombe Rd, BB4 4PD. G.Ref 776226.
Walk – The church that is! Grane reservoirs, Illegal whiskey Spinners, The church that was! and a tale of boat building.

Walk – Borsdane wood, Taylor farm, Yates farm, Stanley Nook.

Moors, Woods and Fields – 7 miles
Meet and park at the Blundell Arms, Chorley Old Road, Horwich, BL6 6PY. GR 666112.
Walk – Horwich Moor, Burnt Edge, Wilderswood, Knowles Farm, Wilson Fold Farm, a nice varied local walk with a pub at the end!
