Lancaster Castle and River Lune (10.30 start) – 10 miles
Meet at Lune Aqueduct CP (1 mile west of J34 M6 next to McDonalds), LA1 3PE. SD 487 637.
Walk both sides of the River Lune taking in Lancaster Castle, Lune Aqueduct, Crook o’ Lune and return.

Sabden To Wiswell (10.30 start) – 10 miles
Meet at Sabden car park (£2.60 charge), BB7 9EW. SD 779 374.
Walk – Sabden, Wiswell, Spence Moor, Sabden Fold.
19th June
Bay Horse Circular (10.30 start) – 6/7 miles
Meet at Bay Horse Inn, Adlington, PR6 9ER. SD 612 145.
Walk – Club House, Moated Hall, Limbrick, Healey Nab, White house, Kays Farm and back.
26th June
Garstang, Winmarleigh, Lancaster Canal (10.30 START) – 8 miles
Meet at High Street car park, Garstang (£3.50 all day). Follow one way system along B6430, PR3 1EB. SD 493 455.
Walk – Lancaster Canal, Winmarleigh, Cabus Nook and return along the canal. A flat walk, with a few wonky stiles but with good views!
