(3) Affetside Tottington Circular – 7 miles
Meet and park on Riding Gate Harwood, BL2 4DP. GR 744 127.
Walk – Top oth”Knotts, Burnt House Farm, Bentley Hall Road, Quarry side of Moor.
(4) Christmas Tree Walk – 3/4 miles
Meet at the upper Entwistle car park, Batridge Barn. GR 721172. Nearby post code: BL7 0NF.
A short walk round Entwistle reservoir to enjoy the decorated trees, including a lunch stop at the Strawbury Duck (optional).

Walk – Clarence Park, Walmersley Golf Club, Deeply Vale, Birtle and return.
