(3) Houghton Hike – 7.5 miles

Walk – Riley Green, Leeds Liverpool canal, Feniscowles, Houghton Bottoms & return.
(4) Moss Bank and the Smithills Estate – 6 miles
Meet at the second Moss Bank Park car park, near Barrow Bridge Road. Nearby postcode: BL1 7QB.

(2) Around Helmshore – 8 miles
Cars to the Holden Arms, Haslingdon Grane Road, BB4 4PD. GR SD 774 225 (park at the far side of the car park).
Walk – Haslingdon, Buckden Wood, Irwell Valley and return.
(3) Pick a Pie – 5.5 miles
Meet and park between the lower and upper barns for a walk round Rivington, then to the Village Tearoom for our pie and peas at 12.30. Nearest postcode BL6 7SB. GR SD 629 140.
