Walk – Walk along prom to Blackpool South Pier. Return to Fleetwood by tram and then travel to Seniors, Fleetwood Road North, Thornton (FY5 4AB) for fish and chip tea.

(1) Nickey Nook and Wyresdale – 11 miles
The start point is at Ashbourne’s SD 504 503 (PR3 1BU). Continue along A6 about 4 miles north of Garstang and bear off right along Hollins Lane for about half a mile, then turn right along minor road over Cleveleymere to Ashbournes.
Walk – Nickey Nook, Grizedale Bridge, Moor House, Barnacre Church, Garstang, Woodacre Hall. Eleven miles (guesstimated) with a little climbing.
(2) Brinscall to Roddlesworth – 8.5 miles

Walk – Withnell Nature Reserve, Shaws Farm, Roddlesworth Reservoirs and return.
